My little boy was 9 months at the time of this video. These are my favorite, must have baby products that have honestly made my life as a new mom so much easier!
1. CubbyCove Co-Sleeper
When my son was around 1 month old we decided to to try a co-sleeper to help him sleep better. We went with the CubbyCove because it was bigger than most of the other co-sleepers, like the the DockATot Deluxe and the Snuggle Me, and cheaper. The main reason we went with it was because it was prime and we wanted it fast. We are really happy with the CubbyCove. He is currently 19 months and still sleeping in it. It comes with a carrying bag, that’s perfect for traveling. It’s durable and washable. However, I find it easier to cover it with a waterproof pack n play sheet. If you want a co-sleeper that’s going to last a long time, and is affordable, go with the CubbyCove.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL BABY LOUNGER NEST, GREAT FOR COSLEEPING, TUMMY TIME AND LOUNGING » CubbyCove offers a safe and soothing environment for your baby and toddler, a better co-sleeping option for your family, and a place for infant massaging.; DESIGNED WITH SAFETY IN MIND, CPSIA AND OEKO-TEX CERTIFIED...
2. Anna & Eve – Baby Swaddle Strap
Yes, this looks like a straight jacket. No, it is not a straight jacket. If you have a little one that loves being swaddled, but is also a Hoodini, you need this. The Anna & Eve Baby Swaddle Strap is very easy to use. You just velcro them in and they stay in. What I really liked about it was the fact that you could also change them with out having to remove the whole thing, like most of the more traditional swaddles. I tried a lot of other swaddles and my son just broke free as soon as I put them on him. He slept a lot better with this one.
Swaddle your baby safely, comfortably, and effectively with Swaddle Strap. Easy to use, even for sleep deprived parents. Doctors and nurse-midwives recommend swaddling infants to help calm them and improve the quality/duration of sleep, but suggest that it is important to make sure: 1) baby does...
3. Leachco Podster Sling-Style Infant Seat Lounger
I used this a lot up until my son was about 5 or 6 months, before he was mobile. It was very useful for for feeding him and he would often take naps in it. It’s really comfy and cozy because of the sling in the middle. They kind of sink into it, so they are a little propped up and snug.I read a lot of reviews before I purchased the Leachco Podster and many of the reviewers preferred this one to the Boppy Lounger because they are sitting up assisted as opposed to lying flat on the Boppy lounger.
The Podster is a sling style infant seat lounger that provides a warm and c ounce y caress for infants. The deeply contoured sides help keep baby in place while the unique sling center expands with infant's weight. The Podster's adjustment tabs provide versatile support, creating a c ounce ier...
4. Kiinde Breast Milk Storage
This is a must have! Whether you are pumping or not, you need this. The biggest complaint I hear from new moms is that it’s such a hassle to clean bottles. Not with this. It has made my life so much easier. I don’t have to worry about cleaning bottles. All I have to clean and sterilize is the nipple. It’s so easy.
With this system you attach the bag to your breast pump with an adapter and pump straight into the bag. There’s no pouring or transferring. The bag attaches straight to the bottle and the nipple.
I’m no longer breasting feeding my son, but I still use this. I just pour his milk into the bags. The other great thing about this is that it also has comes with a spoon you can attach to the bags and feed them pureed foods. There is also a sippy top, so you can also use it like a sippy cup. The Kiinde Breast Milk Storage System is a great product that will grow with your little one.
Pump, store, organize, warm, and feed using the same pouch. The Kiinde Twist feeding system completely eliminates the need to transfer precious milk from bottles to bags and back again. This starter kit gives you everything you need to get started with the Twist feeding system. The kit contains:...
5. Summer Infant Comfort Height Bath Tub
This product makes bath time a lot easier, especially on my back. What makes it so helpful is that the tub sits on top of a step stool, so you don’t have to bend over so much. It also has an infant insert for when they are really small and can’t sit up on their own. You can also use the infant insert in a sink. The other great thing is that you can use the step stool as a seat for you, while you are bathing them, or it can be used as an actual step stool. I love product I can use for a long time, and this is definitely one of them!
6. Summer Infant Comfy Bath Sponge
This was very useful when my son was a newborn. I used this in the Comfort Height Bathtub instead of the infant insert, when he was really little. I did switch to the infant insert when he was a little bigger. It allowed him to lay flat and it was really soft and comfy. You can also use this in a sink and it’s super cheap. Just make sure to let it dry well because it does mold easily.
7. Boogie Wipes
These do exactly what they are called. What I like to use them for is to clean ears, neck and belly button. Sometimes a towel is too thick and it hard to get in the little crevices. Boogies Wipes has saline which makes getting all that gunk out easy. I get a pack of 10 at Dollar Tree to carry around in the diaper bag.
Boogie Wipes Soft Natural Saline Wet Tissues for Baby and Kids Sensitive Nose, Hand, and Face with Moisturizing Aloe, Chamomile, and Vitamin E, Unscented, 30 Count (Pack of 3)
8. Honest Overnight Baby Diapers
I researched diapers a lot. especially overnight diapers. The best brand of overnight diaper I found was Honest brand. They had the best reviews and they actually work. I don’t have to change him in the middle of the night. they hold everything in, and they are really cute.

9. Disposable Changing Pad Liners
You see these a lot in public bathrooms and in dentist offices. They come in a box of 500, so they last a long time. They are perfect for changing #2 diapers. They make life so much easier. Instead of cleaning the changing table, I just throw the liner away with the dirty diaper. They are also great for traveling. You can easily throw them in the diaper bag and you are ready for public diaper changes.

11. Echo Dot
This is a must have product. Specifically for white noise. There are lots of white noise machines out there, but some of them only play for a certain amount of time, some are too loud, some are not loud enough…Not the Echo. 12. 3-in-1 Around We Go Activity Center
This is my absolute favorite infant toy. It’s a walker, but it’s stationary, so it keeps them contained. It has a lot of toys on it and it makes noise and that good stuff. He started using it at around 4 months and he loves it just as much as I do. It makes my life so much easier because I can put him in it and do other things without having to worry about him running into the wall or banging into furniture and hurting himself. Another great thing about this is you can remove the seat and it can be used as a standing activity table when they are older and walking on their own. This is definitely a must have!
Running around in circles can be a good thing! Meet the most active activity center for your baby. The seat rotates allllllll the way around the baby activity saucer. Your bold baby can run and play in one place! Let your little one move from toy to toy and back again (while staying right in your...
13. Rainforest Jumperoo
I was a little hesitant getting this because I didn’t want too have too many toys, and this is a big toy, but I am so glad I purchased it. I actually purchased another “space saving” activity bouncer, but I returned it because it wasn’t very good. However, The Rainforest Jumperoo has the most reviews and the best reviews out of all the jumpers, and for good reason. It makes noise, it has lots of toys and they can actually jump instead of just bounce a little. My son loves it. He’ll sit and jump in it for a good 30 minutes, so it has truly made my life easier.
There are so many sights and activities to discover on this brightly colored jumperoo—music, lights and exciting sounds reward baby with every jump! Everywhere baby looks, (in the spinning seat, baby can see all around), there's something fun to do. Busy toys, including a bobble elephant and...
14. Waterproof Sheets
I use waterproof sheets for my son’s crib mattress, pack n play mattress and co-sleeper. Waterproof sheets makes life so much easier. I don’t have to clean the mattress or the cover. I can just throw the sheet in the wash and I’m done.
I use the quilted waterproof sheets for the pack n play and the co-sleeper. They are thick and super soft sheets. It’a kind of like having a built in mattress pad.
I use the Els & Co waterproof sheets for the crib. They are a soft, breathable jersey cotton material. They fully protect the mattress, so you don’t need a separate mattress protector, but they are thin enough to still use one.
15. Doona Infant Carseat Stroller
This is the Holy Grail of must have baby items! This is, in my opinion, the best stroller ever! It’s a little pricey, but so worth it, and it has made my life so much easier. It’s so nice to not have to wake my son up to take him out of the car. I can just take the whole thing out of the car and just stroll him in. Check out my full review of the Doona Car Seat & Stroller.
The Doona is a carseat and stroller in 1. The wheels are attached to the carseat. You just release the wheels when you want to use it as a stroller and then you push them back in when you want to use it as a carseat. It’s so convenient and perfect for traveling. Moms Need This!
